DR. AMJAD M. BADWAN

Dr. Badwan was born and raised right here in Raleigh, North Carolina. He graduated with honors from North Carolina State University with a degree in Civil Engineering and a minor in Biological Sciences in 2003.

DR. KELLER HOPKINS

Dr. Keller Hopkins is from Fayetteville, North Carolina. He graduated from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill with a degree in Political Science in 2013.

Under these difficult times applying staying home and social distancing, Dr. Badwan and his team did an amazing job of helping me take care of eye care needs. Dr. Badwan did the initial consultation using online tools and when I needed additional care he got me into the office the next day, all while reducing my exposure by making sure I was the only patient in the office. Started going to Wake Family Eye Care for dry eyes. They have several treatment options, including lasers. They communicate extremely well and offer you appropriate optional treatments. Over the years I had built up a lot of anxiety due to my dry eye syndrome. But both Doctors have been very helpful and Valerie has made me feel very comfortable during the procedure. I definitely recommend them for their knowledge, experience and more importantly, because they treat you like family.

Dr Badwan is very personable and knowledgeable! I have a difficult Rx and he has managed it spot on! Angie was a huge help in picking out frames as well as the rest of the staff that piped in with their much needed and welcomed opinions! So happy to have a great Eye Care Center!

I had a fantastic first visit to Wake Family Eye Care this week! All of their staff and office members were personable, helpful and professional. I had a very thorough eye exam. I have worn contacts for 20 years and assumed I was seeing as clearly as possible; however, Dr. Badwan adjusted my prescription considerably, and I am seeing more clearly than I ever have! He was very thorough and patient in explaining the change in prescription to me. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who has recently moved to Cary or who is looking for a change in doctors!

This place is amazing. This staff was top star! The doctor was also the greatest! He made me feel not so old for my age. Lol, only 44 but my sight well different story.
